Return Policy: Please note: All sales are final and non-refundable, but may be applied to another purchase within 10 days of sale date. Exchanges must be accompanied by this receipt. 

Terms and Conditions 
1) All custom orders take a minimum of 8 weeks
2) If you have requested a particular shade of koa this may take much longer as there is a very limited supply of some of the color variations
3) There may be delays in custom orders. All artwork and frames are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping and if there is anything that needs to be corrected you will be contacted.
4) You will be contacted prior to shipping to confirm your address and make sure you will be present to receive the artwork. Once the address is confirmed no alterations may be made to your shipping address
5) A tracking number will be emailed to you once the artwork ships.
6) All sales are final.
