Shipping Prices

United States Shipping is included in all order prices. Please contact costgallery.jill@gmail.com to inquire about international shipping.


Shipping Options and Times

1) Upon placing your order, your item(s) will ship within a minimum of 72 hours except for weekends and holidays. All purchases usually ship USPS. 

2) We ship Monday-Friday. Any order placed after 1:00 PM Hawaiian Standard Time on Friday will not ship until Monday mid-day. Due to order volume, there may be minor delays during the holiday season. 

3) A shipping confirmation email including the tracking number will be sent to the email associated with the order as soon as the carrier picks up the item and scans the label.

Custom Orders and Pre-Orders:

Custom Orders include Giclée’s, Gallery Wraps and Framed Pieces. 
Pre-Orders may include calendars, puzzles or note cards.

Shipping Options and Times

1) Custom orders and pre-orders take a minimum of 8 weeks to process. Product-specific shipping estimates may be found on product pages.

2) There may be delays in custom artwork orders. All artwork and frames are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping and if there is anything that needs to be corrected you will be contacted. 

3) You will be contacted prior to shipping to confirm your address and make sure you will be present to receive the artwork. Once the address is confirmed, no alterations may be made to your shipping address.

4) A tracking number will be emailed to you once the artwork ships via USPS ground.

Lost Packages

For packages that may have been lost in transit, we will wait seven days after the original delivery date to see if the package arrives late.  From our experience, giving that extra time often allows time for the shipper or customer to locate the package and get it out for re-delivery.

USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day. Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.

If the package still does not show up, please go online to the USPS website to file a claim. The Curtis Wilson Cost Gallery cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property. We are not responsible for items that have been delivered to their final destination based on tracking information, but which have not been received by the customer. Thank you for understanding.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives with exterior damage, please open it immediately and inspect the item for any damage.

If the item is damaged, follow these steps:

  1. Photograph the damage:
    • Take photos of the exterior and interior of the packaging to document the damage.
    • Please take a photo of the damaged item itself.
  2. Email your claim:
  3. Preserve the packaging and item:
    • Please don't throw away the packaging.
    • Keep the damaged item and packaging until we contact you with further instructions.

Please note: All sales are final and non-refundable.
